NOTICE OF PENDING ISSUE OF TAX DEED

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 63-1005, Idaho Code as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the undersigned Treasurer of Bear Lake County, Idaho, as Ex-Officio Tax Collector of said County, that the property hereinafter referenced was duly and regularly assessed for taxes for the year 2009.  That said taxes for the year 2009 were entered delinquent as of the first day of January 2010, and that time for redemption will expire May 31^st, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.
