SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT
Mitch Poulsen presented a proposed special event permit for bicycle and pedestrian events in the Bear Lake Valley. He hoped to have it adopted by both Bear Lake and Rich Counties and administered by the Regional Commission. Commissioner Kunz made a motion seconded by Commissioner Romrell to reappoint the three members to another term. Motion carried.
